Inon Barnatan will be the fourth Music Director of the La Jolla Music Society’s SummerFest, taking over the role in 2019, following current Music Director Cho-Liang Lin. Barnatan’s tenure at SummerFest will begin during the festival’s first season in residence at the The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center, slated to open in spring 2019.

On Monday, January 22, Inon Barnatan returns to London for a solo recital at the renowned Wigmore Hall. He presents Bach‘s Toccata in E minor, Franck‘s Prélude, choral et fugue, and Barber‘s Piano Sonata in E-flat minor. The concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 at 1:00 PM GMT / 8:00 AM ET.
