Solo and Orchestral Appearances in Canada, Northern Ireland, and Germany

Inon Barnatan closes February in the north, presenting Brahms’s Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra on Friday, February 26 under Music Director Roberto Minczuk. Traveling to Belfast the following week, he joins the Ulster Orchestra and Chief Conductor Rafael Payare Wednesday, March 2 through Friday, March 4 for Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3.
Inon appears at Musikfreunde Oldenburg in Germany on Sunday, March 6 for a solo recital of Bach’s Chaconne (arr. Brahms), Schubert’s Piano Sonata in G Major, Ligeti’s Musica ricercata, and Brahms’s Variations and Fugue on a Theme by Handel.
